Our camps are fully committed to developing character and social skills for children with special needs ages 9-17. These 1-2 week long camps are geared to focus on respect, boundaries, and appropriate behavior and our LITE "Leaders in Training Experience" sessions for ages 12-17 focus on leadership, advocacy & transition skills. The overnight camps build confidence and behavioral skills, using high energy activities, structured learning, and abundant team opportunities. Family Foundations Minnesota is accredited with the American Camp Association. Youth build communication, trust, self-control, transition skills, teamwork, self-advocacy, and much more. Camp is an outdoor based, hands-on experience that allows children of all needs an opportunity to reach their potential.
